Review: Bedeviled Eggs by Laura Childs

I have to tell you that one of the first ARC's I ever got to review was a cozy mystery by Laura Childs....I've been hooked on her and cozies ever since. It was a whole new genre to me and I never knew what I was missing!

The awesome lady that she is; she sent this one over my way. I was so excited when it came in because I love the tales she spins. They are so YUMMY! (In the good book with lots of good food way!)

I was not disappointed at all! Of course she had great characters, a great plot, and always a good mystery. Another thumbs up book for me!

I have to get myself on a roll and read Fiber and Brimstone (A Scrapbooking Mystery) also by Laura Childs. If you're a cozy fan and haven't read any of these yet you should check out one of the series.

About The Book:
(from Amazon)

The ladies at the Cackleberry Club café are busy preparing for Halloween. But someone's jumped the gun on the tricks. As mayoral candidate Chuck Peebler leaves the café, he gets struck with a crossbow arrow and is killed instantly. And when another murder occurs on the historical society's Quilt Trail, the Cackleberry Club needs to sniff out the bad egg-before he strikes again.
